It is with great excitement that we announce a new phase of Redlands’ fine dining tradition at the Restaurant of Joe Greensleeves. Randy and Lauren Briggs together with their three sons JR, Jonathan, and Bryan, have spent the last six weeks preparing for a relaunch scheduled for this Friday, September 12th. With the entire family working together, we feel that Joe’s has the opportunity to be a bright and shining star of fine dining in the Inland Empire.  We have made a number of improvements to our facility. We repainted the entry, redeveloped the menu – while keeping the classics, added a distinct beer list, reworked the front booth to be the best seat in the house, installed fresh carpet and prepared our upstairs dining rooms for parties and celebrations.  We have taken down the old twinkle lights, replaced them with brand-new lights, and hung historic photos of Redlands on the walls, to provide a classic and familiar ambiance.  We have also updated our website to include information about daily specials and events, as well as online reservations through Open Table.  We have made all of these improvements and investments with expectations of providing you with the finest and most hospitable dining experience around.  As always Chef Memo Mateo is in the kitchen with his staff creating new and exciting offerings in both American and International cuisines. From your initial approach to your final cup of cappuccino, you’ll find a fresh new feel that still feels like home.
