Chef Memo has prepared his famous lasagna. Today’s variety will be vegetarian which will include fresh spinach and ricotta cheese. If you haven’t tried his lasagna make sure to come in and give it a shot! Reservations are filling up quickly for this evening’s dinner service, but there still space for lunch! If you have to get back to work, let your server know and we will get you in and out on time!
This weekend we are pleased to announce that we have prepared a Dijon crusted Prime Rib that comes with a creamy horseraddish sauce, AND sausage stuffed Quail with a sauce of cream, mushroom and prosciutto. They will be delicious! We will serve them until they are gone! We hope to be able to welcome you home at Joe’s this weekend!
It’s not every day that you can get a fresh venison chop in Redlands California. But tonight they will be available as long as they last! Our rack has eight chops, and each portion consists of two full chops! Come in and enjoy a fantastic creation by Chef the Memo Mateo tonight! Tables are still available.
