I had the opportunity to prepare the test dish for our weekend scallop special and I can assure you they are delicious! Served over a bed of arrugula and tomatoes, basil and garlic, they are silky and smooth just the way they should be. Additionally we will receive, just in time for dinner tonight, fresh New York steaks from the Snake River Valley, which are raised in the incredible Kobe Style. They are sure to be full of flavor and I cannot wait for you to enjoy them! We are also excited to say that our Dining Room for Friday is almost completely committed, but reservations for Saturday are still available! Additionally, the Upper Lounge is open Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm. We have a a menu of small bites available upstairs as well as wonderful cocktails and our full wine list.
