Prime Rib and Quail for the weekend!

This weekend we are pleased to announce that we have prepared a Dijon crusted Prime Rib that comes with a creamy horseraddish sauce, AND sausage stuffed Quail with a sauce of cream, mushroom and prosciutto. They will be delicious! We will serve them until they are gone! We hope to be able to welcome you home at Joe’s this weekend!

Last night I asked Head Chef Memo if he would make a plate of goodies. Below is what we got! Beautiful cured meats, fresh artisan feta, incredible bruschetta and marinated peppers. It was delightful. Come in and see what strikes your fancy! Our menu is full of fun and creative options every day.
